2. What happens when you open this page
This website has no contact form and no analytics or advertising trackers. Three things do involve a third party:
- Hosting (Cloudflare). Cloudflare receives your IP address, the time of your request, the page requested and your browser's user agent, and records them in server logs for delivery, performance and bot protection.
- Fonts (Google Fonts). The typefaces load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address when the page opens. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Booking calendar (Calendly). The booking calendar on the contact section is embedded and loads with the page. Calendly, Inc. therefore receives your IP address and may set cookies as soon as the page opens, before you interact with it. If you book a call, Calendly also processes the name, email address and any details you enter.

Cloudflare, Google and Calendly are US companies. Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
4. If you contact me
If you write to me by email or on LinkedIn, I process what you send in order to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep that correspondence as long as it is needed for the conversation and any resulting work, and beyond that only where retention periods require it.
5. Cookies
I set no marketing or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies for security. The embedded Calendly calendar may set its own cookies when it loads.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), restrict its processing (Art. 18), receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21).

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es); in Germany, the authority for your federal state.
